1. IT & Adm. Officer
Role and Duties:
- Responsibility of the IT System including identifying, developing and implementating IT strategies and solution to achieve the business objective.
- Manage IT Projects from conceptualization to implementation in accordance with business need.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure the best service and support for the systems and projects.
- Administration of LAN, farewell and backup system.
- Email system and other proprietary administration systems.
- Implement and improve IT procedure, workflow and policy.
- Provide software installation / configurations / maintenance services.
- Perform basic hardware / network maintenance and management.
- Handle and screen telephone calls and visitors.
- General support for Business Administration
- Organizing and scheduling management meetings, make travel arrangements.
Education and Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in IT.
- Proficient communication in English in verbal and writing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same capacity.
- Ability to work/communicate with people to provide quality support.
2. QAQC MANAGER (Batam Island – Indonesia)
Role and Duties:
- The
Quality Assurance and Quality Control is the representative of the
project and has the responsibility for the implementation and
maintenance of the quality management system and prepare of the
companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and
revisions
- Control and the distribution of all the companies
quality documentation and monitor all quality related activities on the
project
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the management
- Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals and attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
- Attend client quality management meetings
- Prepare and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
- Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.

Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality
management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.

Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers
representatives and action and close all customer complaints
- Monitor statistical method reporting.
- Control all achieves documentation upon the completion of the project.
Education and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Technical discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in a plate fabrication, offshore , or 2 years as the same capacity
- Good knowledge in welding and metal working
- Strong manufacturing background in plate and/or mining equipment manufacturing
- Has the ability to manage all workshop operations daily activity and large workforce
- Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills
- Having welding inspector certificate & NDT level 1-2 ( MT/PT )
- Familiar in documenting from inspection as per ASME section VIII & IX
- Skill in performing standard QA/QC evaluation procedures and evaluating data using-statistical method & analysis
- Proficient communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
- Willing to be permanently relocate to Batam Island- Indonesia and willing to do business traveling
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power point, Auto Cad 2D/ 3D basic..
- A detail oriented person, KPI, process driven and highly organized, possess strong leadership and good communication skill
- Ability to fit in to an international dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
3. WORKSHOP MANAGER (Batam Island – Indonesia)
Role and Duties:
- Managing
Workshop to Detail: You absolutely understand the importance of detail
and manage plate fabrication workshop. The company is growing quickly
but still operating in a start-up environment. This will require you to
involve yourself in the daily duties of getting the small things done
and ensuring all operational details are in order.
- Strong
Leadership: You must have had least 5 years of experience in managing
people. This will have included motivating and inspiring teams, helping
individuals grow and improve, and taking care of all other team-related
responsibilities such as performance reviews, goal-setting and conflict
resolution. Work together and manage all employees employed at the
Workshop and ensure a high level of motivation, discipline and morale is
maintained and that individual potential is encouraged and developed
where possible and identify any training needs, both on the job and
formal, depending on individual circumstances.

Possess an excellent knowledge of all mechanical and electrical
systems, including diagnostic checks, technical inspections and complete
workshop repairs on varied heavy and light vehicle fleet vehicles,
generators and other mechanical equipment, including Material Handling Equipment.

Has the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety
rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
You will be able to write routine reports and correspondence and able to
speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of
organization
