Titian Karir Terpadu 2012 ini merupakan suatu kegiatan terintegrasi, menggabungkan promosi, presentasi, pameran, dan aktivitas rekrutmen yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan, dalam satu kesatuan dan wadah yang diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat secara maksimal bagi perusahaan mitra ITB dan para alumni perguruan tinggi.
