1. Principal Geologist & Manager Mining Services [Code: Principal]
Jakarta | Permanent / Full time (3 months probation) |Immediate
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years experience in Geology or Mine Operations
• Strong familiarity with project management software such as MS Project and geology software such as Minescape, Minex, Vulcan or similar software.
• Bachelors or Master in Geology or Mining Engineering
• Rated Competency Person under JORC in one or more commodities
• Member of AusIMM or equivalent recognized body.
• High level of English communication skills-verbal and written.
• The position will be based in Jakarta.
The role will include performing and being mentored in:
• Responsible for developing, monitoring and finalize multiple projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Maintaining client relationships, developing leads for new business and leading proposals to win new work.
• Managing, supervising and supporting the geology team to certify resourceful examination and appraisal of geological, geophysical and drilling information.
• Lead the technical preparation of bids.
• Oversee projects and ensure budget compliance.
• Develop and build the geology team to meet the business plans and business needs of PT Salva Resources.
Develop and manage key financial control measures for the geology department.
2. Senior Mining Engineer [Code: Sr ME]

This

• Experience in Mine Design, working with drill rig programs, and capable to prepare short and long term mine plan projects
• Intermediate – Advanced level of computer literacy and specific technical software skills such as Minescape, Minex or others
• Obtained a POP certificate
• Good communication and reporting skills, fluent English will be an added advantage
• Willing to be assigned in various area or projects in Indonesia or overseas (short/ long terms)
• The role will include performing and being mentored in:
• Provide a Mine Engineering mentoring and coaching role to build the capability of the Mining Services team
• Participate in the technical preparation of bids

Technical capability to plan and execute Mine Engineering projects,
including planning, design, economic evaluation, feasibility studies

Building and developing customer relationships (internal and external)
and assisting with the Business Development process in line with the
Global standards, including proposal submissions
• Maintain quality of customer project work and ensuring good
project management
• Effectively communicate project status to Senior Management and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Estimate the resources and manpower needed to achieve project goals with the Project Leades for the Mining Services Team

3. Senior Metals Geologist [Code: Sr. GEO]
Jakarta | Permanent / Full time (3 months probation)
The
role of the Senior Metals/ Resource Geologist is to plan, execute,
monitor and finalize multiple projects according to strict deadlines and
within budget; this includes acquiring resources and coordinating the
efforts of the Project Managers and effectively provide leadership to
them. The Senior Metals/ Resource Geologist will also define the
project’s objectives and oversee quality and budget control throughout
its life cycle.
Additionally, the Senior Metals/ Resource
Geologist will be responsible for developing and maintaining client
relationships, developing leads for new business, and assist the
Principal Geologist in leading proposals to win new works.
Key Selection Criteria

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Geology or associated Geosciences
• Bachelor degree or Masters
• Field experience and exposure
• Exposure to mine operations and technologies

4. Geologist [Code: GEO]
Jakarta | Permanent / Full time (3 months probation) | Various level: Junior-Middle
The
role of the Geologist is to manage daily geological activities in the
field and contribute to the formulation of exploration budget and
planning. They will provide geological support to clients at operating
mine sites and make an invaluable contribution to the business in
general.
Requirements:
• 2-6 years experience in coal/ metals based exploration
• Position is currently only available for a non expatriate
• Bachelor Degree majoring Geology
• Experience in working with drill rig programs
• Knowledge of Resource Modelling and technical softwares
• Good communication and reporting skills, active English will be an added advantage
• Posses a valid passport
• Willing to be assigned in various area or projects in Indonesia or overseas (short/ long terms)
The role will include performing and being mentored on:
• Execution of exploration programs
• Delivery of drilling including core and chip logging
• Structural and geophysical interpretation
• nAcquiring, compiling and evaluating data to enhance the exploration program
• Research and data analysis
• Assisting senior geologists
• with the development of computer models, roll-out plans, budgets, scopes of work and drilling programs
•
Liaising with various drilling companies and other suppliers regarding
time frames, costing, contract terms, and other relevant specifications
under the guidance of a senior geologist
5. Front Desk – Admin Staff [Code: ADM]
Jakarta | Permanent / Full time (3 months probation)
Experience/ Qualifications:
• Minimum D3 majoring Secretary or Office Administration from reputable Academy/ University
• Fluent English both speaking and writing is a must
• Proficient in Ms. Office, Excel, Power Point & Internet
• Attention to details and accuracy

• Time Management skills
• Ability to work under pressure with flexibility if required

Manage for the overall front desk – administration aspects of the Salva
Jakarta Office, such as handling incoming/ outgoing calls and
guets,maintainingood record system of incomening / outgoing letter or
documents
• Monitoring the general office cleanl8inessd and tidiness, in coordination with the Office Boy
• Manage day to day operational car booking for business purposes
•
Assist the Office Manager in travel booking, ordering office supplies/
stationeries, visa or work permit/ meeting/ team event arrangement, etc

Assist the HR Administrator in updating general employee database such
as contact list. Birthday list, calling candidates and arranging
interview sessions
• Assist any required Adhoc tasks in the absence of the Office Manager/ HR Administrator such as compiling weekly reports, etc
