Cara Membuat Tanda Tangan Digital

Ingin membuat sebuah tanda tangan digital supaya website anda terlihat lebih profesional. Ada sebuah webservice bagus untuk itu. Cara menggunakanya sangat mudah semudah membalikkan telapak tangan.

Apapun tombol yang anda pilih anda akan dihantarkan ke halaman Creating a new signature. Disini anda akan disuguhi 3 opsi cara lagi :

1. Using the signature creation wizard : membuat tanda tangan dengan step by step.
2. Draw a signature straight to the screen : menggunakan cara biasa yaitu langsung menggambar tanda digital di layar
3. Using a scanned image : Menscan langsung tanda tangan aslimu untuk kemudian dibuat secara elektronik atau digital.

Saran: Sebaiknya tidak menggunakan pilihan ketiga. Karena jika membuat tanda tangan elektronik itu mirip dengan asli malah nanti disalahgunakan orang. Saya sendiri memilih yang pertama. Cukup masukkan nama saja.Lalu tahap berikutnya adalah memilih font, ukuran, color, slope dan tanda tangan digital anda selesai. Tapi terserah cara mana nanti yang anda pilih.

Bagaimana Menyikapi Pemotongan Gaji

Mungkin kamu merasakan mulai melambannya bisnis di sekitar kantormu, suatu hal yang bisa jadi pertanda perusahaan kamu pun akan mengalami masa sulit. Berita baiknya adalah anda masih punya pekerjaan, tapi bahkan sebelum kamu sempat menggumamkan kata ‘Waduh.’, berita buruk sudah menghampirimu : gaji kamu ternyata harus dipotong.

Jangan Terima Begitu Saja

Ketika atasan kamu menyampaikan berita pemotongan gaji itu pertama kali, jangan kamu begitu saja menerimanya. Dengan kata lain, tahan dirimu untuk tidak menyampaikan persetujuan baik secara lisan maupun tertulis. Kalaupun didesak, kamu bisa mengatakan, ‘Ini perlu proses. Saya harus memikirkan hal ini dan membicarakannya dengan keluarga saya malam ini.’

Yang kamu perlu lakukan adalah beri sedikit waktu buat dirimu sendiri. Mengapa ? Kamu harus mencari tahu semua fakta seputar pengurangan gaji sebelum kamu menerima hal itu. Pemotongan gaji dapat mempengaruhi tunjangan dan kompensasi untuk sakit yang tidak biasa serta jumlah hari libur anda mengingat biasanya angkanya dikalkulasikan berdasar gaji bulananmu – sebagai manfaat/tunjangan masa tidak bekerja. Disamping itu kompensasi yang dipotong dapat mempengaruhi negosiasi gaji dengan calon atasan di kantor baru karena catatan gaji terakhir kamu bisa jauh lebih rendah dari yang seharusnya kamu terima sesuai dengan kualitasmu.

Begitu kamu tersadar dari keterkejutan tentang pemotongan gajimu, cepatlah bangkit untuk mencari fakta. Ajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan berikut ke atasan kamu :

- Apakah kamu mempunyai keyakinan bahwa perusahaan akan mampu pulih dari keterpurukan ?
- Bisakah kamu mempercayai apa yang atasan anda katakan ?
- Inikah saatnya untuk pindah pekerjaan ?
Setelah memperoleh informasi baik dari dalam maupun dari luar diri, kamu mungkin perlu bicara dengan pengacara untuk mempelajari pilihan-pilihan hukum serta hak-hak anda.

Cobalah Lakukan Negosiasi

Begitu kamu cukup menemukan fakta yang kamu perlukan dan berpikir untuk tetap bertahan pada pekerjaan sekarang, pertimbangkan untuk melakukan negosiasi agar pemotongan gaji tersebut lebih tertanggungkan.

Beberapa hal yang bisa kamu negosiasikan misalnya tentang jam kerja per minggu dan tempat di mana anda bekerja. Kamu dapat mengusulkan pengurangan hari kerja menjadi empat hari per minggu atau coba atur untuk bekerja dari rumah untuk mengurangi biaya pulang pergi ke kantormu.

Kamu dapat juga melakukan negosiasi seputar pilihan saham, kalau memang kamu percaya perusahaanmu masih cukup kuat dan punya nilai. Kalau kamu tidak punya pilihan untuk kepemilikan saham kamu dapat mencoba memintanya. Kalau kamu sudah punya, kamu bisa mencoba meminta lebih banyak.Jika kamu tidak yakin tentang nilai saham perusahaan kamu dan di mana posisi perusahaan kamu sekarang, kamu bisa mencari informasi melalui Yahoo! Finance dan Yahoo! News.

Akhirnya, mintalah persetujuan tertulis dari perusahaan tentang pemotongan gaji tersebut, kapan gaji lama kamu akan diberlakukan kembali dan apakah akan ada pengganti untuk gaji yang hilang. Atasan kamu mungkin akan bergeming tapi kalau kamu bekerja untuk perusahaan kecil kamu kemungkinan bisa melakukan negosiasi ini.

Jika Keluar Merupakan Pilihan

Jika dari pencarian fakta ataupun negosiasi yang kamu lakukan anda tetap merasa terpojok – kamu harus ingat, kamu sama sekali tidak terpojok. Kamu masih punya pilihan dan jalan keluar. Meskipun begitu untuk mengeksplorasi kedua hal tersebut, kamu perlu berkonsultasi dengan pengacara pekerjaan atau kantor penempatan tenaga kerja setempat.

Karena kebanyakan orang bekerja ‘karena kemauan’, kamu atau atasan kamu dapat mengakhiri kesepakatan kapan saja dan gajimu bisa diturunkan sepanjang memang itu dilakukan dengan alasan bisnis yang sah atau masuk akal. Tapi kalau gaji kamu dipotong dengan prosentase yang tidak masuk akal, kamu bisa berhenti dan masih tetap mendapatkan manfaat dari ketiadaan pekerjaan.

Berbeda negara berbeda aturan, cari tahu segala sesuatunya di kantor ketenagakerjaan setempat sebelum kamu melakukan sesuatu.

Kalau kamu punya kontrak kerja, kamu mungkin bisa menolak pemotongan gaji secara mutlak atau setidaknya berhenti kerja dengan mendapatkan kompensasi yang cukup, tapi itu hanya bisa dilakukan kalau di dalam kontrak disebutkan tentang syarat atau besaran kompensasi dan juga menyatakan bahwa atasan atau orang yang mempekerjakan kamu tidak dapat merubah hal tersebut tanpa persetujuanmu.
