We are seeking suitable local candidates to fill in the vacancies available:

MARINE COACH

Job Description and related Qualification:
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to marine practitioners
• Carry out assurance activities relating to marine activities at worksite Carry out assessment of contractor performed marine activities
• Carry out assessment of BP performed marine activities Review marine operational procedures for proper and consistent implementation
• Advise the regional marine authority of any capability or competency gaps in performance of marine activity
• Maintain functional reporting line to regional marine authority
• Share lessons learned and implement best practice

Essential Criteria and Qualification:

Minimum Qualification:
• Class 1 Master Mariner unlimited or equivalent
• Experience of marine port operations in a supervisory role
• LNG experience in a supervisory role
• Experience of offshore marine operations

Additionally the following experience is highly desirable
• Senior DPO qualifications
• Experience of warranty survey
• Experience of vessel inspection (OVID or CMID)
• Previous experience of working under BP Operational processes and procedures
