Syndication Agency Staff

Responsibilities:
- Review and draft syndicated loans agreements and other relevant documents;
- Communicate with client, lenders and relationship managers;
- Responsible for agent administrative and operational work;
- Handle client and lender requests and inquiries relating syndicated loans
- S1 Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
- At least 5 years experience in handling Syndicated loans, including loans documentation and syndication agency tasks
- Good knowledge of corporate banking and treasury products and services
- Strong analytical skills and solid track record in developing relationships with Corporate / Financial Institutions clients
- Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Well-planned, mature with excellent time management skills
- Dynamic, willing to take up challenges
- Self-motivated and possess proactive mindset
