Health, Safety and Environment Supervisor
Tarakan (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
- Participate in workplace activities to raise the quality of HSE input, including JSAs, incident investigation and risk management
- Liaise with all operations staff to ensure effective use of best practice and consistency in approach to HSE activities
- To support, coach and mentor supervisors, team leaders and work teams on safety, appropriate HSE leadership, zero harm policy and other HSE training
- Review and conduct HSE training plans and specific campaign/project training needs
- Collecting, storing, analyzing, tracking and reporting HSE performance data (e.g. incident report findings, audit actions)
- Provide input and review with site management – weekly and monthly HSE reports
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in the related field
- 3year(s) of working experience in the related field with good understandingof mine site based HSE
- Possess AK3 Umum certificate and POP certificate
- Technical proficiency in auditing, incident investigation and emergency response
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Must be willing to be located in job site
- Male, Maximum 35 years old
