In Indonesia, BP is one of the largest foreign investors, with investment of around US$5 billion to date. Every BP mainstream business is represented, from upstream (Tangguh LNG and VICO) to downstream (Castrol) and petrochemicals (PT AMI).

BP is currently expanding its operation and this provides vast opportunities for senior Indonesian professionals to join and take lead in expanding Tangguh expansion project, exploration activities in Papua and our Coal Bed Methane (CBM) projects in Kalimantan.

Requirement

You will need to either graduate in near future (up to mid of 2012) or have graduated with less than 3 years work experience to apply our Challenge program in 2012. You are required to have outstanding education achievement, strong leadership experience in organization and excellent communication skill. You are expected to have good English language skill in formal communication written and verbal.
