Guest Service Officer
Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:

• A Guest Services Officer is responsible for welcoming and attends to the needs of the guest during their stay and charges for their expenses upon check out.
• Welcoming the guest through-out the procedure and register them.
• Handle and follow through guests requests and enquiries within the appropriate time and procedures.
• Monitoring guest's balance record and follow up with payment collections.    
• Manage the room upselling to get more room revenue.
• Executes the daily routine works in accordance with each procedure.
• Balance cash, Cheques, currency, credit card, she/he receive and hand them to cashier's drop.
• Communicate with all residents to provide a best service to the guest.
• Follow up all guest request, complain, immediately through the standard procedure.
• Identifying the VIP guest and Long Staying Guests arrival list from the system on daily basis.
• Allocating VIP room and Long Staying Guest room as per guest request and prepare the amenities.

Requirements:

• University / Diploma education background with good attitude and pleasant personality. Minimum 1 years’ experience in the same position in an International star rated hotel
• Fluent written and spoken English,
• strong leadership skill and excellent knowledge on the position offered,
• customer service orientation,
• trustworthy and endures under work-pressure

Sales Coordinator
Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:

• Conduct walk-in tours.
• Handle booking of groups.
• Maintain accuracy of forecast sheets.
• Send confirmation letters with appropriate enclosures.
• Complete, produce, and distribute Rooming List prior to a group's arrival.
• Coordinate in-house groups on an as needed basis.
• Finalize arrangements of meetings/programs booked by Sales Managers and those turned over by Director of Sales.
• Prepare Weekly and Daily Event Sheets; prepare Group Information Sheets when necessary.
• Keep up with cut-off dates for group room blocks and advise group before any blocked rooms are released.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Create and maintain files.
• Produce and sent out follow-up letters for outside calls, site inspections, inquiries, cancellations, lost business, contracts, etc.
• Send thank you letters and group comment cards for in-house groups.
• Ensure that adequate supplies of sales collateral are on hand and kept in order.

Requirements:

• University / Diploma education background with good attitude and pleasant personality. Minimum 1 years’ experience in the same position in an International star rated hotel

Duty Engineer
Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:

• To Support the Engineering Manager and Assistance Engineering manager in the performance of all their daily duties and provide all necessary assistance and information also to help them to performance their duty most effectively
• To assist Engineering Manager and Asst. engineering manager in every aspect of the operational as requested.
• To replace Engineering Manager, Assistant Engineering Mgr. in all cases of his absence from duty as requested.
• To supervise technicians under his responsibility for performance, productivity, quality and attendance.
• To prepare work schedule as priority and work load for the approval by engineering Mgr. and Assistant Engineering mgr.
• To monitor all of engineering clean lines about area (work place) uniform and job performance and plan room by periodically.
• To control engineering logbook entries.
• To monitor implementation of all energy conservation procedures and report.
• To assist prepare monthly utility consumption report and record all of utility used.
• To check timely competition of maintenance request priority to quest related job
• To report to the Engineering Manager and asst. engineering manager any abnormal conditions noticed at any time with life safety related equipment or installations.

Requirements:

• University / Diploma education background with good attitude and pleasant personality. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position in an International star rated hotel

Sales Executive
Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:

• To promote all hotel facilities and generate business leads and revenue from the room sales.
• To generate and develop new business and business leads
• To maximize the room night productions and revenue from developed new business leads
• To perform negotiation and confirm the contract rate to satisfied client needs and achieve maximum revenue.
• To ensure proper documentation and administration on sales process, account profiles and room night production.
• To ensure all inquiries promptly handled and followed up appropriately.
• To monitor competitor activities and documented properly for future strategies.
• Conduct sales calls, telemarketing and business entertainment in pursuing and confirming business deal.
• Documented and submitted daily sales activity report.
• Documented and submitted weekly sales activity and weekly sales plan.
• To perform daily check on expected arrival list and be aware of the VIP’s arrival and give VIP’s meet and greet upon arrival.
• To attend daily sales briefing and weekly sales meeting.

Requirements:

• University / Diploma education background with good attitude and pleasant personality. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position in an International star rated hotel
• Fluent written and spoken English,
• strong leadership skill and excellent knowledge on the position offered,
