Responsibilities:

•     Melakukan orientasi lapangan
•     Menyusun metode pelaksanaan pengukuran (termasuk menyiapkan alat ukur dan alat pemetaan)
•     Melakukan pengukuran kerangka / detil situasi lapangan
•     Menghitung koordinat dan tinggi patok ukur
•     Menghitung data ukuran situasi lapangan
•     Menyempurnakan buku ukur
•     Menggambarkan peta situasi lapangan
•     Memonitor pelaksanaan pekerjaan agar sesuai dengan hasil pengukuran
•     Menyusun laporan pengukuran lapangan

Requirements:

•     Usia maks. 35 thn, diutamakan Laki-laki
•     Pendidikan terakhir minimal D3 Teknik Sipil atau Diploma Geodesi
•     Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun dalam bidang konstruksi (Bangunan / Jalan / Jembatan / Irigasi)
•     Menguasai teknik Pengukuran Tanah
•     Menguasai penggunaan berbagai alat ukur seperti : GPS, Total Station, Waterpass, Theodolite, dll.
•     Diutamakan yg berdomisili di Makassar / sekitarnya, atau bersedia mengikuti proses seleksi di Makassar.

Responsibilities:

1.     Primary Objective
2.         To develop and implement ways to track and analyze main variables on Indonesia’s palm production.
3.         The role reports directly to the trade & origination manager. The understanding on the characteristics of the palm tree is important and travelling/networking is crucial in order to collect on-the-ground information and help the research team building a solid database.    
4.     Responsibility of the role
5.         Perform a crop-survey on the palm plantations in Indonesia and provide a detailed report on month-on-month performance of the palm plantations and to provide a forecast on future performance.
6.         Develop a crop-survey map using a mapping software such as ArcGis
7.         Provide real-time updates and relaying information to the team on
8.         Logistical challenges seen on the ground that affects the palm trade
9.         Weather updates and analysing the impact on palm production
10.         Analyse on-ground marketing strategy of competitors i.e. purchase of FFB, sales of CPO and logistic assets owned
11.         Travelling around Indonesia 15-20 days in a month and being able to provide a daily update to the team.

Requirements:

•     Male
•     Maximum age 28 years old
•     University graduate, prefer from Agronomy/Farming & Agribusiness (S1)
•     Grade : GPA > 3.0
