- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Pleasant personality, attractive appearance.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and must be service oriented.

Customer Service Engineer - Air

- Provide field service support on precision air-conditioning system (maintenance, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting & repair).
- Build close working relationship with customers and suppliers.
- Provide quality service and timely follow-up with customers.
- Provide recommendation and quotation for repair or parts replacement work.
- Timely report submission.
- Plan and schedule task assigned by supervisor or manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- With extensive knowledge and exposure in HVAC.
- Possess relevant working experience in air-conditioning companies or equivalent.
- Proficient in handling technical and service issues.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills (oral/written).
